At SUNJOY, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all outdoor furniture and decor items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, cushions, and instruction manuals.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
